A Short List for a Long Day

Today, I:

tripped over the Mr. Potato Head parts and Matchbox cars strewn about my living room

spent too much time on Facebook

let Henry watch an episode of Bob the Builder; laughed at how he doesn’t pay attention to the plot because he is too busy freaking out over the machinery and saying, “more tractor more tractor”

caught Eleanor eating dog food

wondered why the day was taking so long

dispensed kisses and hugs

unwrapped lots of cereal bars to curb Henry and Eleanor’s newfound insatiable appetite for them

ran errands with Andy

watched Flight of the Conchords while eating tacos

was happy it’s Friday

hit “publish” on this blog post, then fired up the Wii for some Mario Kart before bed
