Christmas, Part II: Indianapolis

“What do you want Santa to bring you for Christmas?”

“Garbage truck,” Henry would answer. Every. Single. Time.

What do you want Santa to bring you for Christmas?”
“A baby doll,” Eleanor would reply, with “toys” being the other occasional answer.

Since Henry and Eleanor were (mostly) on the Nice list this year, Santa delivered the requested items, plus a few more treats. The kids and I had a great time tracking Santa online as he traveled the globe on Christmas Eve. Henry informed us that he heard Santa on Christmas morning. The whole family had a leisurely morning of opening gifts, a pancake breakfast, and then some playtime with new toys before we loaded up the minivan and headed to Carterville for our final round of celebrating.

GREAT video, Jennifer! :) What a lovely Christmas morning. I teared up watching it. Those adorable kiddos are amazing. They speak in sentences now! So cool. Happy New Year (almost)!!!!

Cute video, looks like you guys had a great holiday! Looking forward to seeing you at our playdate--we have plenty of babies, but it might be a BYO garbage truck event...
